10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when working with us.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 calendar days of placing your order. We'll work closely with you to understand your concerns and make every reasonable effort to resolve them through revisions, improvements, or another suitable solution.
If we're unable to reach a fair resolution, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion, based on the stage of the project and work completed.
When Refunds May Be Approved
Refund requests may be considered when:
- The request is submitted within 10 calendar days of purchase.
- The project has not progressed significantly.
- Required project information has not yet been provided.
- Both parties mutually agree that the project should not continue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed or substantially completed design or development work.
- Custom Shopify themes, custom coding, or bespoke development services already delivered.
- Digital assets, source files, or completed project files.
- Premium Shopify themes purchased from the Shopify Theme Store.
- Third-party app subscriptions or software licenses.
- Shopify subscription fees.
- Domain registrations, hosting, email services, or any third-party services purchased on your behalf.
- Delays resulting from missing content, approvals, or communication from the client.
Revisions
Our goal is to ensure you're happy with the final result.
Every package includes revisions appropriate to the scope of the project. We encourage clients to provide clear feedback throughout the process so we can make adjustments and deliver the best possible outcome.
Project Cancellation
You may cancel your project at any time.
If work has not yet started, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If work has already begun, any refund will be assessed based on the amount of work completed, project milestones achieved, and resources already allocated.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication, and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
